重启一下机器，将上面的那些临时文件删除，再试试重新安装，要是还不成的话可能是你下载的安装包有问题，那么建议你重新去比较可靠的网站上面去下载，新浪游戏就不错（绝非广告）。
确保没有打开客户端的时候运行安装程序
打开任务管理器,点进程,如果有WOW.exe给他关掉
安装包有问题，或者把你的杀毒软件关掉。
他无法删什么 你给他删了
